I can do all things through Christ who strengthen me Philippians 4:13
What comes to my mind when I heard this is that Paul's Life was not an easy life. You see, he made a great mistake, persecuting the Church of Christ, thinking that he was serving God. The Lord knew his heart and chose him to be his disciple.
Sometimes when we make a mistake, the enemy accuses us, and we give up. We let the accusations and guilt of our mistake consume us. Imagine how Paul must have felt about all the lives taken because of his mistakes! Yet instead of creating a pity party for himself, he was able to stand tall in the Lord.
The Bible states that we were created in Gods' likeness and image in Genesis 1:26
What Paul said what he said in Philippians 4:13, he also said in verse 12, that he
knows how to be competent in any situation:
Phillippians 4:12; I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.
We were created in Gods' likeness and image. This is not something to take for granted. He is our Father, and the son takes after his Father. It is in you, like it was in Paul! We are equipped for any situation, and at the end you can also say, that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!
