You ever notice how the moment you grow spiritually, everything starts going wrong. That's not a coincidence that's spiritual warfare. But, before we can fight against it we have to know what we're actually fighting. Spiritual warfare isn't always dramatic, sometimes it's subtle, if you've been feeling tired, things been hectic, you been discouraged, or spiritually dull lately It's not random It's an attack.
Let’s go over 9 sneaky ways that the enemy slips into your day-to-day activities.
Delays and Distraction.
Endless interruptions that steal your focus from what really matters.
Discouragement and Self-doubt.
The enemy whispering lies that you're not qualified, You're wasting your time.
Disorder, Chaos, Confusion, Overwhelmed.
Anything that pushes you to operate from a place of panic instead of peace.
Distortion of the truth.
Making sin look harmless, twisting scripture to justify what God never approved.
Depletion, wearing you down.
The enemy will wear you down physically, or emotionally, until your spiritual alertness fades.
Drifting.
You're too busy to pray, you're too distracted to read the bible, you're too tired to worship.
Despair that paralyzes
Cynicism, Hopelessness, shame scripts that say change is impossible. A shame script is that hidden storyline that plays in your mind. Not I did something wrong, but I am something wrong. Shame attacks your identity not your behavior, and that is a powerful stronghold. Shame and condemnation are not from God.
Defilement that numbs
Validating what God calls sin into a holiness that looks kind of strange. And we're living in this reality more than ever.
Division that isolates.
Offence as identity, Suspicion of believers, A systematic echo chambers that keep you spiritually alone. This is the battlefield, this is how the enemy tries to pull God's children off of their assignment.
Understanding the reasons for spiritual warfare equips believers to stand strong and continue their path with resilience and faith. Whether you are in a battle today with temptation, condemnation, or any form of darkness, I pray that you can experience the fullness of God’s power working for you and in you as you stand and fight in Jesus name. AMEN!
God Bless, Israel
