Jesus has given us victory at The Cross, and through the power of the Holy Spirit, the ability to take every thought captive for His glory. The battle in our minds is real; it’s not something we can push away or ignore. Victory is not circumstantial; It's about the state of our mind. Therefore the enemy attacks our thought life.
2 Corinthians 10:4-5 (NKJV)
4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,
The fiercest battle you will ever fight is not against people, circumstances or challenges it’s the battle for your mind. Before the enemy attacks, your destiny he attacks your thoughts, before the enemy attacks your actions he attacks your thinking the enemy knows that if he can plant a lie in your mind and get you to believe it that lie it will become a stronghold.
Fear says you won't make it, doubt says God isn't with you, Shame says you're too far gone, but every one of those lies is case down by the truth of the word of God. A battlefield is not won by ignoring the enemy it is won by confronting the enemy, when fear comes answer it with faith, when doubt comes answer it with God's promises, when temptation comes answer it with the word of God.
Jesus defeated Satan in the wilderness not with feelings but with the word of God, many people are losing battles in their lives because they are entertaining thoughts they should be evicting. Not every thought deserves your attention, not every voice deserves your agreement if it does not sound like God and it does not align with word of God and it does not produce faith it has no right to live in your mind.
The enemy wants your minds to be a prison, but God wants your mind to be a place of peace. The enemy wants confusion, but God gives clarity, the enemy brings condemnation, but God brings conviction and restoration.
You must make a decision, not to let fear sit in the throne of my mind. We can’t let anxiety dictate your future. We can’t let the lies of the enemy become the language of our lives. Remember you are not fighting for victory you are fighting from victory. Christ has already conquered the enemy, the cross was not a close battle it was a complete triumph and every stronghold, every lie, every attack of the enemy was renounce by the name of Jesus Christ.
Understand this your mind belongs to Jesus Christ, every lie is exposed, every stronghold is broken, every fearful thought is replaced with faith. We have victory in the name of Jesus Christ.
God Bless, Israel
